The proximity between China and Pakistan is not hidden from anyone. The armed forces of both countries often engage in joint exercises. It has been reported in the media that Chinese and Pakistani navies are conducting exercises in the Arabian Sea for a week. This is the first time that both rival countries of India will be conducting joint maritime manoeuvres.

Colonel Wu said further that this exercise will also include professional exchanges and discussions on mutual visits. The Chinese military spokesperson said, “China and Pakistan are conducting this type of joint exercise for the third time.
On Saturday, Chinese and Pakistani navies started the ‘Sea Guardians-3’ exercise in the waters and airspace of the North Arabian Sea. This exercise also includes anti-submarine operations. According to Dawn News, this exercise will continue until Friday.
